Another Caribbean themed cocktail to make this summer one to remember!
Yellow Bird Cocktail
Ingredients
- 200ml dark rum
- 200ml orange juice
- 400ml pineapple juice
- 100ml Galliano (Vanilla Liquor)
- Ice

Instructions

You will need 4 Casablanca drinking glasses. 13oz or 370ml

Pour the Dark Rum, Orange and Pineapple Juice into the blender with a few cubes of ice and blend.

Take the 4 drinking glasses, fill them with ice and pour the blended mixture equally.

Float a little Galliano on top of each drink sharing the 100ml equally.

Garnish with a Cherry Pineapple, Mint, Stirrer Stick and Straw and Parasol.
