Ingredients

  • 200g roasted red peppers
  • 1 small pita bread
  • 2tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2tbsp tomato paste
  • 1/4tspn red pepper flakes
  • 1tspn ground cumin
  • 50ml olive oil
  • 1/8tspn salt
  • 1/8tspn ground black pepper
  • A selection chopped raw vegetables for dipping

Instructions

  1. Drain the peppers, and keep the liquid in a small bowl

  2. Tear pita bread into strips, and place it in the liquid from the peppers to soften

  3. Place the softened pita bread and remaining ingredients (except your chopped vegetables) into the pitcher of your Nutri Ninja Blender Duo, and PULSE three times

  4. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl, and serve with your chopped vegetables

  5. If you prefer, serve your dip with breadsticks or tortilla chips instead
