Ultimate Vegan Protein Smoothie

A delicious protein packed smoothie perfect for that post-workout shake. Packed with plant-based proteins from the chia seeds, hemp protein, peanut butter, pumpkin seeds, oats and spinach.  This protein smoothie will sure be one you will make over and over again.

  • 600ml almond milk
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp hemp protein
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 banana, frozen
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1 tbsp gluten free oats
  • One handful of frozen spinach
Prep Time


  1. Place all of the ingredients in the large blender cup.

  2. Blend until smooth.

  3. Serve and enjoy.
