Have you ever considered putting olive oil in your smoothies? You should, it’s amazing!
Tropical Olive Oil Smoothie
Tip: Substitute frozen mango for pineapple if desired.
- 245g chopped frozen pineapple
- 1 chopped frozen banana
- 375g vanilla yogurt
- 240ml milk
- 2 tbsp Filippo Berio Organic Olive Oil
- 4 tsp toasted sweetened shredded coconut
In your blender, combine pineapple, banana, yogurt, milk and oil.
Blend until smooth.
Divide evenly among 4 glasses; sprinkle with coconut.
