Tropical Olive Oil Smoothie

Tropical Olive Oil Smoothie

Tip: Substitute frozen mango for pineapple if desired.


  • 245g chopped frozen pineapple
  • 1 chopped frozen banana
  • 375g vanilla yogurt
  • 240ml milk
  • 2 tbsp Filippo Berio Organic Olive Oil
  • 4 tsp toasted sweetened shredded coconut
Prep Time


  1. In your blender, combine pineapple, banana, yogurt, milk and oil.

  2. Blend until smooth.

  3. Divide evenly among 4 glasses; sprinkle with coconut.
