Sweetcorn Humous

Upgrade your humous by adding sweetcorn, Not surprisingly, it’s sweeter than traditional humous and tastes nice and creamy. This recipe also works amazingly with BBQ-charred sweetcorn.

Ingredients

  • 1 x 400g can of chickpeas (drained)
  • 1 x 165g can of sweetcorn (drained)
  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Squeeze of lime juice

Instructions

  1. Place all of the ingredients in your blender and pulse until it reaches your desired texture.

  2. Serve with chilli flakes, extra olive oil or lime juice
