Upgrade your humous by adding sweetcorn, Not surprisingly, it’s sweeter than traditional humous and tastes nice and creamy. This recipe also works amazingly with BBQ-charred sweetcorn.
- 1 x 400g can of chickpeas (drained)
- 1 x 165g can of sweetcorn (drained)
- 1 tbsp tahini
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic
- Squeeze of lime juice
Place all of the ingredients in your blender and pulse until it reaches your desired texture.
Serve with chilli flakes, extra olive oil or lime juice
