Sweet Potato Wedges & Smoked Paprika Hummus

You can’t beat potato wedges – but even better, when they are sweet potato ones! Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, they go perfectly with a homemade hummus with smoked paprika for extra punch.

Sweet Potato Wedges & Smoked Paprika Hummus

  • 2-3 large sweet potatoes, cut into wedges
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp mixed herbs
  • Black pepper & salt
  • For The Hummus
  • 1 x can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 2 spring onions
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 2 tbsp oil
Prep Time


  1. Mix together the sweet potato wedges with the other ingredients in a bowl to coat well.

  2. Place the potatoes into the Cook & Crisp basket. Close the lid on your Ninja Foodi and select AIR CRISP to 200 degrees C and set time to 30 minutes. Check after 15 minutes to see how they are getting on.

  3. Meanwhile, place the hummus ingredients into your Ninja Kitchen chopper and pulse until you have a smooth dip. Chill until needed.

  4. Once the potatoes are soft and crisp on the outside, serve with the hummus to dip into and enjoy!
