Who doesn’t love a vibrant, refreshing and super healthy start to the day? This smoothie bowl takes minutes to whizz up (maybe a few more to make it look pretty – it’s all about the presentation for Instagram!) and is packed full of goodness.

Ideal to eat at any time of the day!

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 4 tbsp pineapple chunks, fresh, tinned or frozen
  • 4 tbsp mango or papaya chunks, fresh, tinned or frozen
  • 2 tbsp coconut yogurt
  • 100ml coconut water
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • To Decorate
  • 1 kiwi fruit, peeled & sliced
  • Pomegranate seeds
  • Pineapple chunks
  • Coconut Chips

Instructions

  1. Place the frozen banana, pineapple, mango, coconut yogurt and water plus turmeric powder into your Ninja Kitchen Auto IQ and whizz up for about 1 minute until quite thick and completely smooth.

  2. Pour into a bowl then decorate with your toppings.

  3. Now enjoy straight away!
