Sugar-Free Vegan Peanut Butter Cookies Recipe
- 160g oats
- 80g stevia
- 3tbsp cacao nibs
- Pinch sea salt
- 190g peanut butter
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 100g coconut yoghurt
Using the bowl of your Ninja Kitchen System and the plastic blade add all of the ingredients and pulse to combine the ingredients together to form the cookie though.
Place the cookie dough in the fridge for 20 minutes. Pre-heat the oven to 180C degrees.
Remove cookie dough from the fridge and form the cookies.
Place them in a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper and bake for 18 minutes.
