Strawberry, Basil & Rum cocktail, with Gran Cru Balsamic Vinegar

Strawberry, Basil & Rum cocktail, with Gran Cru Balsamic Vinegar

  • 2 fresh basil leaves
  • 200g fresh strawberries
  • 1 tsp Filippo Berio Gran Cru Balsamic Vinegar
  • 50ml white rum
  • 200g ice cubes
Prep Time


  1. Place all ingredients into a blender.

  2. Blend until all ingredients are fully mixed.

  3. Taste, if the strawberries are not sweet enough then add 1/2 tsp of sugar, or enough to satisfy your liking.
