Have you ever considered putting Balsamic vinegar in your cocktails? You should, it’s amazing!
Strawberry, Basil & Rum cocktail, with Gran Cru Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 fresh basil leaves
- 200g fresh strawberries
- 1 tsp Filippo Berio Gran Cru Balsamic Vinegar
- 50ml white rum
- 200g ice cubes
Place all ingredients into a blender.
Blend until all ingredients are fully mixed.
Taste, if the strawberries are not sweet enough then add 1/2 tsp of sugar, or enough to satisfy your liking.
