This is the perfect mid week meal with mouth watering and delightfully rich Indian flavours. A meal that surprisingly requires little effort!
Spiced Yoghurt Marinaded Chicken
- 500g Plain Yoghurt
- 4 cloves Garlic peeled
- 2 Inch piece Ginger
- Juice 1/2 Lemon
- 2 Green Chilies
- 1 1/2 tsp Turmeric
- 1 tsp Chilli Powder
- 2 tsp Cumin Powder
- 2 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tbsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Salt or more to taste
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
Add all the ingredients for the marinade to the blender and blend on high untill combined.
Add the chicken to a large bowl and tip in the marinade. Mix well and marinade for 1 hour or overnight.
Preheat the oven to Gas Mark 7, 220 degrees C.
Add the chicken to a large tray and bake in the oven for 35 – 40 minutes. Enjoy!
