Smoothies really don’t have to boring! This recipe tastes like it should be a dessert while still being gluten free, refined sugar free, low FODMAP and vegan!
Spiced Almond Butter Smoothie
I love my green smoothies as they can taste amazing and are a great way of getting some veggies in but sometimes I want something a bit more indulgent tasting for breakfast.
- 250ml unsweetened almond milk
- 1 chopped frozen banana
- 1 tbsp smooth almond butter
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- ½ tsp ground nutmeg
- 1 tsp maca powder
- 2 tbsp gluten free porridge oats (optional)
Simply add everything to your blender and blend on a high speed until everything is smooth
Pour and enjoy!
