Simple Yet Delicious Brownies

A simple, quick and yet delicious chocolate brownie recipe, this recipe can be easily made by anyone. Better yet… it can be made in a blender. These brownies are rich, gooey, chocolaty and guilt-free. Serve it warm with your favourite ice cream, mascarpone cheese or a generous blob of peanut butter

Ingredients

  • 100g butter, melted
  • 150g coconut sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 100g sugar free dark chocolate
  • 80g self raising flour
  • 30g unsweetened cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Begin by preheating the oven to 180C degrees.

  2. Using the bowl of your Ninja Kitchen, pour in the butter, coconut sugar, eggs, salt and vanilla extract – pulse for a few seconds to mix the ingredients together.

  3. Melt the dark chocolate over hot water; pour the melted chocolate over the mixture in the Ninja Kitchen Bowl along with the flour and cacao powder – again pulse for a few seconds to form the brownie batter.

  4. Pour the batter into a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper and place in the oven – bake for 15-18 minutes.

  5. Remove from the oven and allow the brownies to cool down before removing from the baking tray then cut into squares.
