A simple, quick and yet delicious chocolate brownie recipe, this recipe can be easily made by anyone. Better yet… it can be made in a blender. These brownies are rich, gooey, chocolaty and guilt-free. Serve it warm with your favourite ice cream, mascarpone cheese or a generous blob of peanut butter
Simple Yet Delicious Brownies
- 100g butter, melted
- 150g coconut sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 100g sugar free dark chocolate
- 80g self raising flour
- 30g unsweetened cocoa powder
Begin by preheating the oven to 180C degrees.
Using the bowl of your Ninja Kitchen, pour in the butter, coconut sugar, eggs, salt and vanilla extract – pulse for a few seconds to mix the ingredients together.
Melt the dark chocolate over hot water; pour the melted chocolate over the mixture in the Ninja Kitchen Bowl along with the flour and cacao powder – again pulse for a few seconds to form the brownie batter.
Pour the batter into a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper and place in the oven – bake for 15-18 minutes.
Remove from the oven and allow the brownies to cool down before removing from the baking tray then cut into squares.
