Protein Chocolate and Black Sesame Seed Cookies
- 175g self-raising flour
- 50g chocolate whey protein
- 80g coconut sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 egg yolk
- 130g butter
- 1 tsp salt
- 60g sugar-free dark milk chocolate (melted)
- Black sesame seeds
Begin by preheating the oven to 180C degrees.
Using the bowl of your Ninja Kitchen System and the plastic blade, pour in the flour, whey protein, sugar, egg, egg yolk, butter, sea salt and the melted chocolate – select low/dough for a few seconds until the ingredients form the cookie dough.
Form the cookies by rolling them into balls and placing them on a baking tray – sprinkle with black sesame seeds and bake for 12-14 minutes.
Remove from the oven and place the cookies on a wire rack to cool down.
