I developed this recipe as an oat base that can be used throughout the week. Making it in large batches makes it easier for anyone to simply carry it in a container and make delicious oats at work simply by adding boiling hot water from the kettle.

Instructions

  1. To make the oat base

Using the bowl of your NINJA KITCHEN SYSTEM and the plastic blade, pour in the oats, chia seeds, protein powder, stevia and peanut powder, pulse to thoroughly mix the dry ingredients together

  2. Pour the oat base in an air tight container and store

  3. To prepare the oats

Begin by placing the milk in a small saucepan on a medium heat, once the liquid starts to bubble reduce the temperature slightly and add the 45g oat base

  4. Heat for approximately 3-4 minutes, stirring throughout, then pour directly in a bowl. Add the peanut butter, slices of the protein bar, fresh raspberries and almond flakes

  5. Enjoy as the chocolate melt from the protein melts throughout

REMEMBER – you can use the oat mix for work or on the go by pouring 45g into a plastic container and add hot water.
