A delicious treat for before or after any workout, these cookies are packed with protein and they are also sugar free, simply sweetened with stevia. A great addition to a lunch box too.
Protein Banana Cookies
- 60g oats
- 80g stevia
- 250g flour
- 75g protein powder (vanilla flavour)
- 200g reduced fat butter (at room temp)
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 large egg
- 2 ripe bananas
- 100g sugar-free chocolate (chopped into squares)
Begin by pre-heating the oven to 180C degrees.
Using the bowl of your Ninja Kitchen and the plastic blade, place all of the ingredients into the bowl. Select low/dough until all of the ingredients combine together and form the cookie dough.
Form the cookies by rolling them into balls and slightly squashing them.
Place in a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper, and bake for 15-18 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow the cookies to dry on a wire rack, enjoy the cookies whilst warm.
