Protein Banana Cookies

A delicious treat for before or after any workout, these cookies are packed with protein and they are also sugar free, simply sweetened with stevia. A great addition to a lunch box too.

Ingredients

  • 60g oats
  • 80g stevia
  • 250g flour
  • 75g protein powder (vanilla flavour)
  • 200g reduced fat butter (at room temp)
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 100g sugar-free chocolate (chopped into squares)

Instructions

  1. Begin by pre-heating the oven to 180C degrees.

  2. Using the bowl of your Ninja Kitchen and the plastic blade, place all of the ingredients into the bowl. Select low/dough until all of the ingredients combine together and form the cookie dough.

  3. Form the cookies by rolling them into balls and slightly squashing them.

  4. Place in a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper, and bake for 15-18 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow the cookies to dry on a wire rack, enjoy the cookies whilst warm.
