Fabulous Birthday Present
My husband finds filter coffee the best type of coffe - better than pods. Here is a filter machine which feels like a coffee bar and can make INDIVIDUAL coffees. Perhaps slightly overpriced, but I'm still happy I purchased - it definately a winning birthday present!!

Major issue
This product has a major issue with the glass water holder. It goes green at the bottom and is impossible to get to and clean. You have to purchase a new one each time we have now purchased 3 and we have only had it 12 months. We use bottled water only. Had we known of this issue we would never of purchased this item.

You get what you pay for
We paid about 50 or 60 pounds for this about an year ago. It still works with lots of faults. As somebody else said, it stops in the mide of brewing and you need to start over again and again. I would not recommend. Nothing specia

Not the best coffee machine
I have for a year. Because I very like ninja blenders, my husband bought me this coffee bar as a presen( love coffee a lot), but was very disappointed. Coffee not very hot, always clean light on( even after cleaning and making 1 coffee, coming back on) don't bother cleaning anymore, just ones a months. Cups it's so thick(comes with coffee bar),which makes not pleasant to drink coffee from them. It's very big, takes a lot af space in the kitchen
