Pomegranate & Blueberry Smoothie Bowl

This pretty purple smoothie bowl is sweet and fruity. It’s made with pomegranate and blueberries for a juicy taste and cashew butter for creaminess. Add protein powder for a more filling smoothie.

Ingredients

  • 80g pomegranate arils
  • 100g frozen blueberries
  • 60g banana (optional to freeze it for a creamier smoothie)
  • 1 tbsp cashew butter
  • 150ml oat milk (or milk of your choice)
  • OPTIONAL: 1 scoop vanilla or berry flavoured protein powder + 80ml extra milk

Instructions

  1. Place all of the ingredients in your blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Add some pomegranate, blueberries and pumpkin seeds to decorate.
