This pretty purple smoothie bowl is sweet and fruity. It’s made with pomegranate and blueberries for a juicy taste and cashew butter for creaminess. Add protein powder for a more filling smoothie.
Pomegranate & Blueberry Smoothie Bowl
- 80g pomegranate arils
- 100g frozen blueberries
- 60g banana (optional to freeze it for a creamier smoothie)
- 1 tbsp cashew butter
- 150ml oat milk (or milk of your choice)
- OPTIONAL: 1 scoop vanilla or berry flavoured protein powder + 80ml extra milk
Place all of the ingredients in your blender and blend until smooth.
Add some pomegranate, blueberries and pumpkin seeds to decorate.
