Pink Beetroot Waffles
Ingredients
- 1 cooked beetroot
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 1/2 (25g) scoops vanilla whey protein
- 1/4 cup non dairy milk
- 2 whole eggs
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- Dash of vanilla extract

Instructions

Add all of the ingredients into your Ninja Kitchen blender and blitz everything together until smooth and creamy

Preheat your waffle iron and grease with a little coconut oil

Once the waffle maker is nice and hot, pour over some of the waffle batter and cook for a few minutes (cooking times can vary depending your waffle maker so check the instructions)

Repeat this process for the remaining mixture, then serve with toppings of choice
