Piña colada
Ingredients
- 200ml light rum
- 60ml coconut syrup or coconut rum
- 600ml pineapple juice
- 100ml single cream
- Ice
- Garnish
- 1 cherry
- 1 pineapple wedge
- mint
- Stirrer Stick and Straw, Parasol.

Instructions

You will need 4 Pina drinking glasses – 13oz or 375ml

Pour all the ingredients into the blender with a few cubes of ice and blend.

Take the 4 drinking glasses, fill them with ice and pour the blended mixture equally.

Equally share the drink between 4 glasses and garnish.
Garnish with a Cherry, Pineapple, Mint, Stirrer Stick and Straw and Parasol.
