Perfect Pecan Smoothie Bowl
- 15g pecans
- 80g banana, frozen
- 125ml milk of choice
- 125ml coconut water
- 1/2 tbsp cacao powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla powder or essence
- 10 ice cubes
- 1 scoop (30g) vanilla protein powder (optional)
Soak the pecans for 10 minutes in boiling water
Blend together all of the ingredients excluding the ice until totally smooth.
Add in the ice and blend again until smooth for a delicious milkshake.
Enjoy it in a bowl or a glass
