To celebrate World Environment Day, I have created these simple, delicious protein packed energy balls. These energy bites are perfect for a pre or post workout, they are also perfect to have in your pack lunch. There is no baking involved and you can simply store them in your recycled container in the fridge.
Peanut Protein Chocolate Chip Bites
- 40g Protein Powder (I used Vanilla Flavour)
- 100g Oats
- 100ml Peanut Butter
- 2 tbsp Stevia
- 2 tbsp Chia seeds
- 60g Chocolate Pieces
Begin by blending the oats into flour – place the oats directly into the jug of your Ninja Kitchen System and pulse until the oats turn into flour.
Now, using the bowl of your Ninja Kitchen System and the plastic blade, pour in all of the ingredients including the blended oats.
Pulse until you achieve a thick cookie dough.
Roll the mixture into balls, store in a plastic container and place in the fridge.
