The perfect snack for all! These peanut butter bombs make a delicious pre or post workout energy boosting snack, a fab afternoon sweet treat or even a great dessert after dinner. They’re so more-ishly sweet, creamy and super filling too.
Peanut Butter Bombs
- 150g oats
- 3 tbsp peanut butter
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp melted coconut oil
- 4 tbsp almond milk (or any other plant based milk)
- Pinch of salt
- For topping
- 30g dark chocolate
- 50g chopped toasted peanuts
Add the oats to your food processor and blend until a flour forms
Add the remaining ingredients (apart from the topping ingredients) and blend again into a stick mixture
Roll the mixture into even sized balls and place on a place or tray
Melt the dark chocolate and drizzle a little over the top of each ball, finishing off with a sprinkling of the chopped nuts
Place in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to set
Serve and enjoy!
Make sure you keep in an airtight container and consume with a week!
