Sweet ripe peaches and tangy raspberries make this recipe totally irresistible. I’ve updated this classic recipe by using coconut milk for another layer of flavour.
Peach Melba Smoothie Bowl
- 80g ripe peach
- 80g (frozen) raspberries
- 70g (frozen) banana
- 250ml coconut milk (slightly less if you don’t use frozen ingredients)
Blend all of the ingredients, pour the smoothie into a bowl and top with extra raspberries and granola. It’s that easy!
