Orange Blossom Vegan Honea gives these energy bites a delicate floral and fruity flavour. Enjoy a few as breakfast on the go or munch one for an afternoon snack.
Orange Blossom & Chia Energy Bites
Place all of the ingredients in your blender and pulse until they begin to come together into a ball. The mixture should be chunky but sticky. You can scrape down the sides of the blender with a spatula if the ingredients become stuck there.
Take a tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a ball. You may need to wash your hands after every few balls to stop the mixture from sticking.
Store in the fridge for up to 7 days.
