Tip: For delicious (and vegetarian) variations on these pizza bagels, swap out the pepperoni for marinated mushrooms, chopped roasted red peppers, sundried tomatoes, or chopped marinated olives. While plain bagels are classic, you can also try onion or everything bagels for a flavorful twist.


  • bagel, cut in half
  • 60g pizza sauce
  • 6 slices pepperoni, divided
  • 50-60g shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
Prep Time


  1. Place the reversible rack in the lower position in the pot. Close the crisping lid. Preheat the unit by selecting GRILL and setting the time to 3 minutes. Select START/STOP to begin.

  2. After 3 minutes, place the bagel halves on the rack. Close lid, select GRILL, and set time to 3 minutes. Select START/STOP to begin.

  3. When the cooking is complete, spread 2 tablespoons of pizza sauce over each bagel half, then top with 3 pepperoni slices apiece and sprinkle with cheese.

  4. Close lid, select GRILL, and set time to 3 minutes. Select START/STOP to begin.

  5. Cooking is complete when the cheese is melted and bubbly. Remove pizzas from the rack and let cool slightly before serving.
