Surprise your loved one with breakfast in bed – the healthy way! Whizz up these vibrant, suitable pink-themed smoothie bowls and serve with your favourite toppings – you might choose the same, or to your individual preferences – and see the smile on their face!

  • 200g frozen berries
  • 3-4 chunks cooked beetroot
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 300ml coconut water
  • 2 tbsp natural yogurt
  • Fresh pineapple chunks
  • Pomegranate seeds
  • Goji berries
  • Coconut chips
  • Bee pollen
  • Freeze-dried raspberries
Prep Time


  1. Simply place all of the smoothie ingredients into your blender.

  2. Blend until smooth.

  3. Pour out between two bowls then decorate with the toppings.

  4. Now dig in with your loved one!
