Payment Enquiry

If you have a payment enquiry, you can now find useful information in your My Account Section.

You will be able to complete the following tasks;

  • View and print your invoice
  • See payment history
  • Update your payment card
  • Update your billing address
  • Pay outstanding balance

If you do not have a My Account registered, or one of the following queries, you will need to call our Customer Service Team;

  • Change payment date
  • Alter monthly payments
  • Your account is in arrears
  • Dispute payments that have been taken
