To celebrate European Heart Failure Awareness Day Ninja Kitchen & Filippo Berio have set me a challenge. I have added 20ml of Filippo Berio olive oil to my green smoothie recipe to help give my heart a healthy boost. This green smoothie is packed with healthy fats including avocado and olive oil. I also added chia seeds, spinach and spirulina for added natural proteins and coconut water to keep my body hydrated.
Healthy Fats Green Smoothie
Begin by thoroughly washing the baby spinach.
Place all of the ingredients in your blender, and pulse until smooth
Transfer the smoothie to a glass and drink straight away while is it fresh.
