Gooey Gluten-Free Chocolate Brownies

Gooey and rich are the best way to describe these brownies. They are gluten-free and packed with rich chocolate flavours. They are so gooey in the centre; you can serve the brownies while warm with a delicious vanilla ice-cream. You can also add protein powder to the mixture if you like!

Gooey Gluten-Free Chocolate Brownies

  • 500g gluten-free flour
  • 225g coconut oil (melted)
  • 1/2 tsp pink Himalayan salt
  • 240g date syrup (you can use any liquid sweetener)
  • 200ml almond milk
  • 2 eggs (at room temperature)
  • 50g crushed almonds
Prep Time


  1. Begin by preheating the oven to 170c degrees.

  2. Using the bowl of your Ninja Kitchen System with the plastic base, begin by adding all of the ingredients into the bowl minus the eggs, pulse until you achieve a thick batter consistency

  3. Beat the eggs in a small bowl, pour over the batter mixture and pulse until all the ingredient are well combined

  4. Place the brownie batter into a baking tray lined with grease-proof paper and press it down to even it out

  5. Sprinkle the brownies with crushed almond and place in the oven

  6. Bake for 20 minutes – then remove from the oven and allow to cool

  7. Cut the brownies into even squares and enjoy
