Gluten- Free Marble Cake

This gluten-free marble cake is absolutely delicious and super moist. For this recipe you can use any ordinary gluten-free flour widely available in most supermarkets or you can simply switch to any regular wheat flour.

Ingredients

  • 200g plain gluten-free flour
  • 60g gluten-free oats
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 100g stevia powder
  • 100ml coconut oil
  • 80 ml milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder

Instructions

  1. Begin by pre-heating the oven to 180C degrees.

  2. Separate the egg whites from the egg yolks and whisk the egg whites until fluffy. Using the bowl of your Ninja Kitchen and the metal blade, pour in the dry ingredients and pulse together.

  3. Pour in the coconut oil, milk and egg yolks and pulse to form the cake batter. Transfer the cake batter to into a mixing bowl and pour the whisked egg whites and fold the ingredients together.

  4. Separate the batter in half and add the cacao powder in one of the halves and combine to form the chocolate batter. Using a greased loaf tin – pour the batter in layers – white layer following by chocolate layer and repeat.

  5. Place the loaf in the oven and bake for 45-55 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow the loaf to cool on a wire rack.
