Perfect for the colder months this latte gives you that caffeine hit as well as delicious warmth and nutrients from the turmeric. The warming, sweet goodness that is this drink is like a hug in a mug – just perfect for the drizzly mornings or when you need a pick-me-up as you hit that afternoon slump.

Ingredients

  • 200ml oat milk
  • 200ml water
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 shot of coffee OR 1 heaped tsp instant coffee
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients to the blender cup then blend until combined.

  2. Add the blended mixture to a saucepan over a medium heat.

  3. Heat through thoroughly for a few minutes, stirring regularly.

  4. Once hot pour into a mug ready to enjoy!
