Try this cucumber and mint combination. It’s light, refreshing and packed full of vitamins and minerals from the fresh fruit and vegetable.
Cool as Cucumber Smoothie
If you want a more substantial smoothie then try adding some oats or load up your bowl with toppings such as granola, coconut flakes and fruit.
- 250ml filtered water
- 50g banana
- 80g cucumber
- 80g courgette
- 50g fresh spinach
- 10 ice cubes
Chop up the cucumber and add it to the water. Leave it to infuse for at least 3 hours.
Place all of the ingredients in your blender and pulse for 1-2 seconds- repeat this 5 times. Then blend all of the ingredients until smooth.
Once the smoothie has blended pour it into a bowl and add toppings of your choice.
