Cool as Cucumber Smoothie

Try this cucumber and mint combination. It’s light, refreshing and packed full of vitamins and minerals from the fresh fruit and vegetable.

If you want a more substantial smoothie then try adding some oats or load up your bowl with toppings such as granola, coconut flakes and fruit.


  • 250ml filtered water
  • 50g banana
  • 80g cucumber
  • 80g courgette
  • 50g fresh spinach
  • 10 ice cubes
Prep Time


  1. Chop up the cucumber and add it to the water. Leave it to infuse for at least 3 hours.

  2. Place all of the ingredients in your blender and pulse for 1-2 seconds- repeat this 5 times. Then blend all of the ingredients until smooth.

  3. Once the smoothie has blended pour it into a bowl and add toppings of your choice.
