I started sharing my story and recipes via my website Nutritiously Naughty, which focuses on Coeliac-friendly gluten-free, refined sugar-free, low FODMAP recipes. I now enjoy creating healthy ‘free-from’ recipes to show people that eliminating certain foods from your diet does not have to affect how well you eat! I have since branched out into freelance recipe development where I have had the chance to work with some of my favourite brands!
