Bliss balls make the simplest gluten free, refined sugar free and vegan treat or energy boosting snack. These festive themed bliss balls take less than 5 minutes to make and are ready to eat in only 30 minutes!
Christmas Spice Bliss Balls
- 200g pitted medjool dates
- 40g dried cranberries
- 80g walnuts
- 20g pecan nuts
- ½ tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp ground cinammon
- ½ tsp ground allspice
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 20g desiccated coconut (optional)
Add the walnuts and pecan nuts to your Ninja food processor and pulse 4 times.
Add the remaining ingredients (minus the coconut) and pulse 4 more times to break down the dates.
Set your food processor to a medium speed and blend until the ingredients start to stick together, approximately 30 seconds.
Place the desiccated coconut in a small bowl.
Roll pieces of the mixture between your hands to form a ball then coat them in the desiccated coconut.
Place the bliss balls on the plate in the fridge to set for 30 minutes.
Store in the fridge.
