I love feeling like I’m eating dessert for breakfast and this chocolate coconut breakfast bowl totally hits the spot. It’s a good balance of protein, carbohydrates and fats to keep you satisfied and fuelled for the morning!
Choco-Coco Breakfast Bowl
Plus it tastes totally delicious and has interesting textures from the toppings – bursting blueberries , chewy coconut and crunchy oats.
- 100g banana
- 250ml coconut milk
- 1 scoop (30g) chocolate protein powder (sub for 2 tsp cacao powder)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla powder or essence
- 10 ice cubes
- Blueberries, unsweetened desiccated coconut, toasted oats/ granola
Place all of the ingredients in your blender and mix until it is nice and smooth.
Transfer to a bowl and add the toppings.
