I love hummus, I could eat a bucket full of it in day given half the chance! So when Ninja Kitchen & Filippo Berio challenged me to make an accompaniment for their new Crostini range I know I had to make something simple yet delicious!
Chilli Hummus & Lightly Sea Salted Crostini
For an extra kick add a teaspoon of chilli flakes
Throw all ingredients into a food processor in the order listed and blitz until a smooth paste.
Pour hummus into a small bowl and enjoy with some delicious crostini.
Store in an airtight container in a fridge for up to 7 days.
