This Chai and white chocolate cake is the most delicious, perfect recipe! The white chocolate finish not only makes the bundt cake look amazing, but it also gives the cake that final scrumptious kick!
Chai And White Chocolate Bundt Cake
- 380g plain white flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 120g coconut sugar
- 180 ml chai tea (brew about 3-4 tea bags for stronger flavour)
- 150ml melted dairy-free butter
- 3 large eggs
- 80g white chocolate (melted)
Begin by pre-heating the oven to 180C degrees.
Place the melted butter, chai tea and eggs into your Ninja Blender and pulse 4-5 times.
Pour the dry ingredients into a mixing bowl and stir to combine, create a hole in the middle of the dry ingredients and pour the mixture and gently stir to mix the ingredients together.
Pour the batter over a greased Bundt cake tin and bake in the oven for 35-40 minutes.
Remove the cake from the oven and allow it to cool completely before removing it from the tin.
Remove from the tin and drizzle it with lots of melted white chocolate.
