This bubbly berry cocktail is bursting with berries. Quick, simple and easy to make, it’s perfect for a celebratory drink!
Bubbly Berry Cocktail
- 1 cup of frozen Berries
- 1 tbsp sugar syrup
- 125ml prosecco or champagne
Using blender, blend berries until well combined
Using a cookie scoop, add 1-2 scoop raspberry sorbet to champagne or wine glass.
Fill glass with champagne or prosecco and top with fresh fruit if desire.
