Brussel Sprout Coleslaw

I have always struggled with Brussel sprouts until I had them in a coleslaw. This coleslaw is healthy, delicious and filling. It is a great side to have during a cleanse.

Brussel Sprout Coleslaw

  • 200g Brussel sprouts, ends cut off
  • 1 large carrot, peeled
  • 1 red onion, peeled and sliced finely
  • 1 red chilli, finely chopped
  • Half small handful of coriander, chopped
  • 100g Greek yoghurt
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 tsp honey
  • Salt & Pepper, to taste
Prep Time


  1. Put the Sprouts and Carrot in the Ninja Processor and pulse till finely diced.

  2. Combine the yoghurt, garlic, lime and honey in a small bowl and whisk together.

  3. Add the shredded brussel sprouts, carrots, red onion, chilli and coriander to a large bowl and stir in the yoghurt dressing.

  4. Season to taste.
