I love a breakfast smoothie, and this is no exception. The combination of the blueberries, coconut milk and peanut butter is simply delicious; make a large batch so you can enjoy a fresh smoothie the next day… and the next.
Blueberry, Coconut & Peanut Butter Smoothie
Ingredients
- 300g frozen blueberries
- 1L coconut milk
- 2 tbsp smooth peanut butter
- 4 tbsp chia seeds
- 4 tbsp linseeds
- 1 tsp maca powder

Instructions

Using the Pitcher of your NINJA KITCHEN SYSTEM, place all of the ingredients in the jug and close the lid tightly.

Using the FRESHVAC blending pump, place it on the lid of the pitcher and pump to remove the oxygen, remove the pump and seal the vessel.

Select Frozen Smoothie and blend until smooth, re-open the vessel to remove the air, serve and store the remaining smoothie in the fridge.
