A super speedy, super healthy option for breakfast or a snack – especially if you’re on a health kick in the New Year! Adding toppings adds colour, texture and more taste, feel free to use whatever you have and enjoy.
Berry Yogurt Swirl Smoothie Bowl
- 1 frozen banana
- 75g frozen mixed berries
- 100ml apple or orange juice
- 1 tsp acai powder (optional)
- 2 tbsp yoghurt (can be dairy-free)
- To Decorate
- Freeze-dried berries
- Pomegranate seeds
- Bee pollen
- Coconut chips
Place the frozen banana, berries, fruit juice and acai powder into your Ninja Kitchen blender and whizz up for about 1 minute until quite thick and smooth.
Pour into a bowl and swirl in the yoghurt.
Add toppings and enjoy!
