A super speedy, super healthy option for breakfast or a snack – especially if you’re on a health kick in the New Year! Adding toppings adds colour, texture and more taste, feel free to use whatever you have and enjoy.

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 75g frozen mixed berries
  • 100ml apple or orange juice
  • 1 tsp acai powder (optional)
  • 2 tbsp yoghurt (can be dairy-free)
  • To Decorate
  • Freeze-dried berries
  • Pomegranate seeds
  • Bee pollen
  • Coconut chips

Instructions

  1. Place the frozen banana, berries, fruit juice and acai powder into your Ninja Kitchen blender and whizz up for about 1 minute until quite thick and smooth.

  2. Pour into a bowl and swirl in the yoghurt.

  3. Add toppings and enjoy!
