This is a super food, super yummy and very unique nut and raspberry smoothie. Absolutely perfect for post-exercise refuel, breakfast to go or just because you feel like a smoothie!

The nut and berry combination creates a smooth yet refreshing boost that will give you the energy you need.


  • 1 banana
  • Handful frozen raspberries
  • 1 tsp Peanut butter
  • Handful cashews
  • Coconut and almond milk
Prep Time


  1. Add all ingredients into your ninja blender with enough milk to cover the contents

  2. Blend until smooth

  3. Enjoy

From being a tiny person, I have always been active in one way or another from competitive gymnastics to England trampoline and now triathlon, weight training and generally adopting a healthy lifestyle. However until I travelled to Australia in 2014, I failed to understand nutrition and how best to fuel my body.
