Who doesn’t love Avocados? Fibre rich, creamy and healthy, avocados are a great source of fats including oleic acid. Oleic acid lowers inflammation in the body. They are also a great source of vitamins K, E, C, magnesium and potassium. Their creamy texture means that they blend seamlessly into smoothies and shakes like this one!
- 2 Ripe Avocados
- 600ml Milk of your choice (I like Oat or Almond)
- 145g Coconut or Vanilla Yoghurt
- 1 tbsp Almond Butter
- 4 tbsp Honey or Maple Syrup
- 10-15 Ice Cubes
Combine all the ingredients for the shake in a blender and blend on high for 5 minutes.
Pour into 4 cups and enjoy.
