Do you want your children to eat their greens? Get them involved in the kitchen! I made these ice-lollies with my niece and she absolutely loved them. They are vegan, gluten-free and sugar-free, they are naturally sweetened with the fruits and coconut milk.
Avocado & Kiwi Ice-lollies
This recipe makes approximately 10 small ice-lollies
- 250g fresh pineapple
- 1 avocado
- 3 kiwi
- Juice from 1 lime
- 1 tsp spirulina
- 120ml coconut milk
Place all of the ingredients into the bowl of your Ninja Kitchen food processor.
Pulse the ingredients several times until the mixture is smooth (like a smoothie consistency).
Pour the mixture into the ice-lolly moulds and place in the freezer to set over night.
