This sorbet is super refreshing, sweet and delicious. It’s made from only 3 natural ingredients – blueberries, dates and lemon, so it’s loaded with goodness and is completely vegan and gluten free. Enjoy as it is or serve with fresh berries!
3 Ingredient Blueberry Sorbet
- 400g frozen blueberries
- 4 medjool dates
- Juice 1 lemon
Place all the ingredients in your food processor and blend for 1 minute. Stir the mixture well and scrape down the sides. Blend again and repeat until you have a smooth mixture with no lumps
Pour the mixture into a freezer safe container. Place in the freezer overnight.
Before serving, allow the sorbet to sit at room temperate for 10 minutes to defrost slightly and make it easier to scoop
